2. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat until just melted. Add apple; cook and stir 2 minutes. Push apple to sides of skillet. Add pork chops; cook 4 minutes. Turn pork chops, moving apple aside as needed. Spoon apple over pork chops; sprinkle with pecans and sugar.
3. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145°. Serve pork chops with apple slices and cooking juices, alongside green beans and steamable rice blend.
